The seasonal checkup is limited to a non-invasive visual inspection of accessible areas. It does not involve dismantling, moving items, or testing complex systems. Hidden defects or issues not visible during the inspection cannot be identified.
B. Areas Not Inspected:

Areas that are inaccessible, hazardous, or obstructed at the time of the inspection will not be inspected. This includes, but is not limited to, crawl spaces, attics with limited access, roofs that cannot be safely accessed, and any areas requiring specialized equipment.
C. Exclusions:

Our seasonal checkup does not include in-depth evaluation or repair of specialized systems such as HVAC units, plumbing beyond basic visual checks, or electrical systems beyond checking outlets and switches. For these services, we recommend contacting a licensed professional.
D. Material Costs:

The cost of any materials required for maintenance or repairs during the checkup is not included in the service fee. Materials will be invoiced separately, and payment is required upon receipt of the invoice. Common materials may include replacement filters, caulking, and other necessary supplies. 4. Responsibilities of Homeowners

Homeowners are responsible for providing clear access to all areas of the home that require inspection and maintenance. This includes ensuring that pets are secured, clutter is cleared, and access points are provided.
