  • How much does the Home Fixers Club Membership cost?
    The membership costs $99 per month per home billed annually. This fee includes 10 hours of handyman services and two seasonal home checkups and maintenance visits.
  • What services are included in the 10 hours of handyman services?
    The 10 hours of handyman services cover a variety of general repairs and maintenance tasks, such as: Fixing doors, windows, and screens Patching and painting drywall Basic plumbing repairs (e.g., fixing faucets, unclogging drains) Basic electrical work (e.g., replacing light fixtures, repairing outlets) General carpentry tasks (e.g., fixing cabinets, installing shelves) Seasonal tasks (e.g., weatherproofing, preparing for winter) Learn more in Club Handyman Information
  • What is included in the seasonal home checkups?
    There are two checkups each year, one in Spring (April-May) and one in Fall (October-November). These checkups include tasks like: Spring Checkup: Gutter cleaning, roof inspection, deck/patio cleaning, lawn/garden preparation, HVAC system prep, and more. Fall Checkup: Gutter cleaning, roof/chimney inspection, furnace check, outdoor faucet winterization, driveway/walkway inspection, and more.
  • Can I use my 10 hours of handyman services for any type of repair?
    The handyman services cover non-specialized tasks. Major repairs or work that requires specialized licensing (e.g., extensive electrical work, major plumbing repairs) are not included. For such tasks, we recommend hiring a licensed professional. Learn more here.
  • What happens if I don’t use all my handyman hours within the year?
    Unused handyman service hours do not carry over to the next year. We encourage members to schedule their services throughout the year to maximize their membership benefits.
  • Can I upgrade or downgrade my membership?
    Currently, the Home Fixers Club Membership is offered as a single comprehensive plan. We do not offer upgrade or downgrade options, but we continually review our membership offerings to meet our members' needs.
  • How do I schedule my handyman services or seasonal checkups?
    You can schedule your services through the Home Fixers Member Portal. Log in to your account, select a date that works for you, and confirm the details. Our team will reach out to finalize any necessary arrangements.
  • Are materials included in the membership fee?
    No, the membership fee covers labor only. Any materials required for repairs or maintenance tasks will be billed separately. We will provide an estimate for your approval before purchasing any materials.
  • Can I cancel my membership?
    Yes, you can cancel your membership at any time through your account dashboard. However, please note that no refunds will be issued for the remaining period of the membership once canceled.
