How to List Your Property?
1. Register an Account

If you’re new to Home Fixers, sign up to create a secure account. This will allow you to manage properties, maintenance, checkups, and invoices.
2. Create Your Listing

Go to the Property Listing Application page in the website.

Upload high-quality photos (up to 15) showcasing key features of your home.

Enter essential details, such as property type, size, bedrooms, bathrooms, price, and location.

Add a description that highlights your property’s unique features, recent upgrades, or anything else that sets it apart.
3. You don't need to pay

Home Fixers offers free listing with zero commission.
4. Review and Submit

Preview your listing to ensure it’s just right.
After submitting your application, our agents will review your listing and make sure it's ready to go, then an invoice will be issued to your account. After the payment, the listing will be visible. This process typically takes 3-4 business days.
