Introduction

The Home Fixers Ltd. Sponsorship Program is designed to provide real estate professionals, including real estate agents, home inspectors, mortgage brokers, and lawyers, with advertising and promotional opportunities on the Home Fixers Ltd. platform. The program allows professionals to list their profiles on our website, connecting them with potential clients. This program is exclusively for real estate-related professionals. Tradespeople should refer to our separate Professional Directory for construction trades sponsorship.

Eligibility

To qualify for sponsorship, applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Be a licensed or certified professional in the real estate industry (e.g., real estate agent, home inspector, mortgage broker, lawyer).

  • Provide current, valid credentials at the time of application.

  • Ensure all information provided is accurate and up-to-date.

  • Adhere to applicable laws, regulations, and professional standards in your field.

Home Fixers Ltd. reserves the right to verify all credentials and reject applications that do not meet these eligibility requirements.

Application and Approval

To apply for the Sponsorship Program, you must submit an application through our website. Home Fixers Ltd. will review each application to ensure all criteria are met. Approval is not guaranteed and is at our sole discretion.

Once approved, sponsors will receive confirmation via email, and the sponsorship will begin upon payment of the required fees. Approval typically takes 7-14 business days.

Sponsorship Fees

Sponsorship fees cover:

  • The listing and promotion of your profile on the Home Fixers Ltd. website.

  • Inclusion in our directory for a period specified during registration (e.g., 6 months, 12 months).

  • Visibility to users seeking real estate professionals.

Fees are non-refundable, except in cases where Home Fixers Ltd. rejects your application. Any changes to fee structures will be communicated before renewal.

Note: Tradespeople should refer to the Professional Directory for separate fee structures and terms.

Sponsorship Period

The sponsorship period will commence once your application has been approved, and the payment is received. The term of sponsorship will last as specified at the time of registration (e.g., 6 months or 12 months).

At the end of the sponsorship period, you will have the option to renew your listing. If you choose not to renew, your listing will be removed from the platform.

Obligations of Sponsors

As a sponsor, you are expected to:

  • Keep your profile and information accurate and up-to-date.

  • Respond promptly to potential client inquiries.

  • Maintain professional conduct and adhere to industry standards in all client interactions.

Home Fixers Ltd. reserves the right to remove any sponsor who engages in unethical practices, provides false information, or violates these terms.

Termination of Sponsorship

Home Fixers Ltd. reserves the right to terminate sponsorship at any time, with or without cause, if a sponsor fails to comply with these terms. In such cases, no refund will be issued for the remaining sponsorship period.

Liability

Home Fixers Ltd. does not guarantee the success or number of leads generated by your listing. We are not responsible for any disputes or issues arising from interactions with clients or other third parties. Sponsors are responsible for their own actions, and Home Fixers Ltd. disclaims any liability in this regard.

Acceptance

By submitting an application and paying the associated fees, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
